Fitness for the Whole Family

Our Physical Education Program is designed to support the health and wellness of both students and parents through engaging, age-appropriate classes that promote lifelong fitness, confidence, and healthy habits.

Students in 1st through 12th grade participate in structured physical education classes tailored to their developmental stage. Younger students focus on building essential gross and fine motor skills through fun games, movement activities, and fitness challenges. Middle school students develop strength, coordination, athletic ability, and teamwork while building healthy habits that can last a lifetime. High school students participate in major sports while learning sport-specific skills, game strategies, leadership, and sportsmanship in a supportive environment.

While students are learning and staying active, parents have the opportunity to participate in our Parent Fitness Class. This energizing workout is designed for all fitness levels and may include strength training, cardio, functional fitness, flexibility, core work, and low- to high-impact exercise options. Parents can focus on their own health goals, reduce stress, build strength, and connect with other families in the community while their children are participating in class.

Our program is about more than physical activity—it's about creating a community where families can grow stronger together. We believe healthy habits start at home, and by providing opportunities for both students and parents to stay active, we help build a culture of wellness that benefits the entire family.
